Shipways Condominiums was the first condominium developed in the Charlestown Navy Yard in 1985.  There are 48 residential and 9 commercial condo units.  These townhouses are located on the waterfront and range in size from 1,400 sq. ft. to almost 2,400 sq. ft.  All residential units have at least 1 parking space, fireplace, decks with views, patios and at least 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
